Our client is one of the world’s leading publishing and events organizations, headquartered in London, UK. Presently, the company is looking for a seasoned Salesforce professional to work with the company’s existing Salesforce team to help create top-notch Sales, Subscription and CRM platforms across its three operating divisions.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Thoroughly understanding and creating full documentation of the sales processes and associated business functions across the organization while covering the end-to-end client journey.
  • Collaborating with the Sales and Product teams to understand the limitations of the existing platform, resolving typical business problems while determining ways for possible enhancements to sales, and associated processes and operations.
  • Recording and assessing needs, user stories, use cases, test cases, specifications while making sure that they are clear, valid, consistent and testable.
  • Creating business cases for project-related investments to boost sales processes or platforms.
  • Inputting, overseeing, and maintaining a clear set of needs in JIRA for effective and efficient management of the software development lifecycle.
  • Boosting the efficiency of the software development process with accurate and on-time assessment of the needs.
  • Collaborating with the Development and Product teams to make sure that the requests are effectively prioritized, groomed and qualified as part of existing Agile ceremonies.
  • Collaborating with Development and Solution Architect teams – both internal and external – to transform needs into clearly defined functional and technical solutions for the platform.
  • Actively involving in Agile ceremonies for Salesforce platforms for effective delivery of and prioritization of the needs.
  • Preparing testing description that showcases the business needs and desired processes while coordinating with internal/external Testing and Development teams to automate and carry out effective regression, system and functional integration testing.
  • Collaborating with business partners to define acceptance criteria for projects or enhancements, and to drive User Acceptance testing.

What You'll Bring to the Role:

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a business analysis role, preferably in the B2B information services sector.
  • Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience of business case development, review, prioritization, traceability, analysis and requirement collection.
  • A thorough understanding of customers’ needs and experience filling the gap between solutions and problems and transforming that knowledge into meaningful and clear user stories and cases.
  • Established success in coordinating with key stakeholders in both operations and project settings.
  • Understanding of Salesforce Communities, Sales Cloud, CPQ, Sales Processes.
  • Experience with Altify, CloudSense, DocuSign, Conga Composer would be an advantage.
  • Understanding of Email Marketing, Identity & Entitlement solutions.
  • Experience using TCM and issue tracking tools; preferably Confluence, JIRA, and TestRail.
  • Experience using different modeling techniques, notations and tools, including BPMN, activity diagrams, cases and so on.
  • Solid problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to create a sound balance between commercial and technical perspectives.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adjust style on the basis of audience.
  • An eye for detail and ability to prioritise.
  • Hands-on experience in SDLC and software development methodologies in an Agile environment.
