About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead and transform the biggest product in the company. While the product has been successful, it has faced management challenges over the years. Your focus will be on stabilizing the product and leading efforts to modernize it for the future. In this key leadership role, you will oversee six teams, with potential team restructuring. This will require strategic thinking, team analysis, and the ability to make tough decisions to optimize performance. You will report directly to the VP of Engineering, playing a critical role in shaping the future of this product and contributing to high-level decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
