What You'll Be Doing:
- Taking care of deliverable content as per client needs
- Resolving project related issues
- Taking care of the responsibility of completing tasks for greenfield implementations
- Offer innovative solutions to simple problems
What You'll Bring to the Role:
- Knowledge and proper experience in administering salesforce.com
- Working exposure to technical concepts (programming, relational databases, cloud computing etc)
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts
- Good command over English
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Expertise in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritise workload to meet deadlines
- They must be legally able to work in the UK
- Salesforce.com experience
