The company solves some real problems related to big data storage, processing, machine learning, and data visualization. They are looking for a Google Cloud DevOps Engineer to help reshape the future of market research and data insights.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
- Working in partnership with our software engineering teams
- Building and operating next-generation infrastructure for support
- Contributing to Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related cloud technologies
- Testing and deploying software quickly
- Ensuring high standards of reliability and security
- Automating infrastructure build and deployment
- Handling orchestration technologies in a hybrid-cloud environment using Terraform, Puppet, Docker, Kubernetes
- Ensuring security, scalability, cost-effectiveness, and high performance
What You\’ll Bring to the Role:
- Exposure to Linux administration skills
- Strong knowledge of technical architecture including microservices, serverless functions, NoSQL
- Proven expertise with Configuration Management tools like Puppet and Ansible
- Experience establishing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins or Bamboo
- Deep knowledge of GCP, Terraform, networking, and TCP/IP
