Overview: We are seeking an experienced DevOps Team Lead to join our innovative team based in London. This role is pivotal in leading a globally distributed team, ensuring seamless operations across multiple projects and time zones using a follow-the-sun methodology. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud-agnostic approaches, working with Python, LLMs, and data models to drive impactful, scalable solutions that can run both on-premises and in the cloud without vendor lock-in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cloud-Agnostic Approach: Lead the design and implementation of infrastructure and solutions that are not tied to a single cloud provider, ensuring flexibility and portability across multiple platforms.
- Global Collaboration: Manage a team working across multiple regions to provide 24/7 support and continuity in operations, leveraging a follow-the-sun methodology.
- Multi-Project Management: Oversee and coordinate multiple DevOps and DevSecOps projects concurrently, balancing priorities and resources to deliver timely results.
- Leadership and Team Development: Mentor and guide team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth within the team.
- Python and LLM Expertise: Apply your experience working with Python and large language models (LLMs) to develop, deploy, and optimize data-driven models and processes.
