They seek to hire a Cloud DevOps Engineer to join their engineering team.

Responsibilities

Assisting our clients to design, deliver and maintain scalable, secure and cost-optimised Cloud platforms
Work as a catalyst to deliver faster and more reliably
Comfortable leading from the front and inspiring technical teams
Handling cross-functional collaboration and
Bringing application development and business teams together to work on multiple issues
Reporting to senior client stakeholders
Sharing your experience of cloud adoption with them and building strong relationships
Guiding and contributing to our thought leadership

Qualifications

Previous experience with designing and implementing cloud platforms in containerised workloads and microservices architectures
Proficiency in one or more AWS, Azure, GCP and leading industry practices
Addressing typical security or regulatory considerations
Hands-on experience in CI / CD pipelines and deployment automation / orchestration processes through Jenkins, Teamcity
Adept in Infrastructure as code experience using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
Proficiency in minimum one of the scripting languages such as Python, Ansible, Groovy, Bash and / or Powershell
Excellent technical communication skills
Prior knowledge with agile methodologies on software development lifecycle projects
Prior working experience in financial services, public sector, consumer goods and retail
