Overview /Objective: The NFL UK & Ireland office manages the NFL’s business in the UK & Ireland, including the staging of regular-season games in London and across multiple international cities, including our first NFL international game in Paris, Rio, and Melbourne, as well as returning to Mexico, Munich and Madrid. NFL UK & Ireland manage broadcast and commercial relationships, grassroots and community activity, fan events and marketing initiatives.
During the internship, the successful candidate will explore and experience all aspects of Consumer Products and Events, through engaging project assignments, events, mentoring relationships, and networking opportunities. Training opportunities in presentation skills, essential office skills, and Microsoft IT software training will be offered throughout the placement.
Responsibilities:
- General administration support across fan events and experiences including but not limited to schedules, meeting minutes, building presentations, project plans, talent briefings, and contracts.
- Support with planning and delivery of fan events across International Games, week of game events, and ad hoc fan events including on-site coordination and logistics of entertainment groups.
- Support event and consumer product integration of NFL One Pass app including build out of event schedules, consumer products partners, and maps for International Games and ad hoc fan events.
- Manage inventory and distribution of consumer product samples.
- Support across premium/giveaway products and management for the Global Markets Program and internal departments.
- Support Consumer Products marketing initiatives including Unidays, influencer marketing, and NFL Shop.
Required Qualifications:
- Right to Work in the UK.
- Must have successfully completed full-time education (A-Level or B-TEC equivalent).
- Aged 18 above.
- Interest in Events and Consumer Products.
- Basic level with IT software programmes, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word.
- To be available for the full duration of the internship in August 2026 to March 2027.

Terms /Expected Hours of Work:
The internship will be a full-time paid role (40 hours per week), based out of the NFL UK & Ireland office in Central London, Leicester Square. The candidate will be required to work 4/5 days in the UK & Ireland office, with expected European travel. There will be additional overtime/weekends for the London Game fixtures and activations. Relocation costs will not be provided.
