Requirements
- Experience operating as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, Delivery Lead or Senior Business Analyst within Agile environments.
- Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation or cloud migration programmes.
- Strong understanding of technical delivery lifecycles and Agile delivery frameworks.
- Experience managing complex stakeholder groups across business and technology functions.
- Proven track record of backlog ownership, prioritisation and delivery management.
- Experience coordinating delivery across multiple technical teams and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of risk, governance and control requirements.
- Experience working on cloud migration programmes.
- Knowledge of AWS or Enterprise Data Platform technologies.
- Experience operating within Data Product, Data Platform or Enterprise Data environments.
- Financial Services experience.
- Knowledge of legacy platform migration initiatives including Hadoop, Teradata, Oracle or SAS environments.
- Experience working within data governance, security and regulatory environments
Responsibilities
- Own delivery outcomes for cloud migration across one or more EDP Cloud Migration squads.
- Translate business requirements into prioritised backlogs and support delivery through Agile engineering teams.
- Act as the primary interface between Business, Architecture, Engineering, Security, Data Governance and Change functions.
- Drive successful migration of business capabilities from legacy platforms to the Enterprise Data Platform.
- Combine product ownership, technical delivery leadership and stakeholder management to support programme delivery.
- Challenge delivery assumptions and make prioritisation decisions in a complex enterprise environment.
- Manage backlog ownership and prioritisation.
- Lead technical delivery management across multiple teams and dependencies.
- Support Agile leadership and delivery governance.
- Ensure governance, risk and control requirements are considered throughout delivery.
