We are currently seeking an SAP SuccessFactors Engineer to join our Internal Technology team, on a full-time basis. This is an exciting time to join as we have embarked on a People Monitor and maintain the SAP SuccessFactors environment to a consistently high level of service and support to ensure adherence to specific OLAs.
Responsibilities include:
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical problems related to the SAP SuccessFactors environment.
- Collaborate with the selected SAP SuccessFactors AMS partner on escalated issues.
- Review, provide recommendations and complete the relevant preparation for the SAP SuccessFactors bi-annual release updates.
- Develop and maintain strong Information Security standards in line with ISO 27001.
