  • UI Architect – React JS & Java Spring Boot Ecosystem

We are seeking a highly skilled UI Architect with deep expertise in React JS and strong backend exposure to Java Spring Boot microservices, to lead the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance, and user-centric enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will bring a strategic architectural mindset, combined with hands-on experience in crafting modern, responsive front-end platforms and seamlessly integrating them with RESTful APIs and microservices-based back-end systems.

You will be responsible for defining and governing UI architecture standards, ensuring consistency, scalability, and optimal performance across applications.

A distinguishing requirement of this role is proven, hands-on experience leveraging AI-assisted coding tools — such as Claude Code, Cursor AI, or Git Hub Copilot — in real-world production environments.

This reflects our commitment to adopting AI-driven development practices to accelerate delivery, enhance developer productivity, and improve overall code quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and drive the UI architecture strategy for enterprise-grade applications using React JS and modern Java Script frameworks.
  • Establish best practices, design patterns, and coding standards for front-end development.
  • Architect scalable solutions that integrate seamlessly with Java Spring Boot microservices and RESTful APIs.
  • Lead the design of reusable UI components, design systems, and front-end frameworks to ensure consistency and maintainability.
  • Collaborate closely with backend architects, product teams, and UX designers across the full software development lifecycle.
  • Leverage AI-assisted development tools to optimize development workflows, improve code quality, and accelerate feature delivery.
  • Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, accessibility, and security.
  • Guide teams in implementing robust CI/CD pipelines aligned with modern Dev Ops practices.
  • Oversee containerization (Docker) and deployment strategies using Kubernetes (K8s) within AWS or hybrid cloud environments.
  • Drive adoption of monitoring, logging, and observability practices for UI and integrated services.
  • Mentor and provide technical leadership to front-end engineers and developers across teams.
  • Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong expertise in React JS, including state management, performance optimization, and component-driven architecture.
  • Solid understanding of Java Spring Boot microservices architecture and API integration patterns.
  • Experience in micro-frontend architectures.
  • Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and frameworks.
  • Extensive experience in designing enterprise UI architectures for large-scale applications.
  • Proven experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Git Hub Copilot, Cursor AI, Claude Code, etc.) in production environments.
  • Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, asynchronous communication, and client-server interaction patterns.
  • Experience implementing Design Systems and reusable component libraries.
  • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and AWS cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
  • Deep understanding of web performance optimization, security, and accessibility standards.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to drive architectural decisions.
  • Strong passion for continuous learning and adopting emerging technologies, especially in the AI-assisted development space.
