They are seeking a forward-thinking AI Solutions Lead to spearhead the discovery, design, and deployment of agentic AI workflows across core front-to-back business functions. This is a high-visibility mandate bridging enterprise strategy and hands-on execution within a highly regulated, high-touch financial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Partnership & Discovery: Collaborate directly with business heads, investment teams, and operational units to uncover operational friction and define high-impact AI opportunities.
- End-to-End Delivery: Own AI use cases from initial problem framing and rapid prototyping through to production rollout and lifecycle optimisation.
- Agentic Workflow Architecture: Design and deploy robust AI agents and automated workflows tailored to real-world private wealth processes, operational constraints, and strict compliance boundaries.
- Stakeholder Enablement: Facilitate discovery workshops, translate ambiguous business challenges into clear technical specifications, and demystify AI architectures for senior leadership.
- Continuous Improvement: Monitor agent performance, user adoption, and ROI post-launch, establishing reusable deployment patterns and architectural guardrails across the firm.
Candidate Profile
- Enterprise AI & Agentic Systems: Hands-on experience designing and implementing LLM-driven workflows, agentic tool orchestration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), evaluations, guardrails, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Bridge Builder: Proven track record operating seamlessly between commercial stakeholders and technical engineering environments.
- Technical Foundation: Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Business Informatics, Finance, or equivalent practical industry experience.
- Complex Problem Solving: Ability to decompose convoluted business processes, cut through ambiguity, and build production-ready, governed solutions.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills in English (additional European languages such as German are a plus).
Preferred Experience
- Prior exposure to Private Banking, Wealth Management, or wider Financial Services (e.g., Client Onboarding, KYC/AML, Portfolio Management, Advisory, Risk, or Compliance workflows).
- Working knowledge of enterprise security frameworks, cloud integration, data governance, and regulatory compliance within banking.
- Demonstrated experience driving user adoption and change management for disruptive technologies in corporate settings.
