Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Hook (but traveling to sites across the South East) for a Roadmarking Operative. The Roadmarking Operative will be responsible for executing a variety of roadmaking tasks, including the application of thermoplastic and paint markings, operating specialized equipment, and assisting in surface preparation. Responsibilities also include the installation of safety features such as speed ramps and Armco barriers, line removal, and general maintenance like pothole repairs. The position requires attention to safety, precision workmanship, and the ability to meet project deadlines effectively.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating roadmarking equipment and familiarity with materials such as thermoplastic, acrylic, epoxy, and MMA.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Customer service experience to understand and meet client expectations.
