For nearly 20 years, we’ve helped clients access knowledge on demand from experts, in‑person and through our Library covering over 65,000 companies. At Third Bridge, our Compliance framework is an integral part of our business; as such we are looking to hire an Associate to join our global Third Bridge Expert Network Compliance team to be based in London. The main purpose of this role is to support the compliance requirements of the business across all our international offices.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating and approving a high volume of in‑house research requests for compliance with internal policies and client‑specific processes, and responding in a timely manner.
- Monitoring of active projects and experts to mitigate potential risks.
- Answering day‑to‑day compliance queries from business units and clients.
- Delivering compliance training to new and existing employees.
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws, internal compliance procedures and pre‑agreed client‑specific processes.
- Reviewing clients’ compliance procedures in a critical manner to improve and implement them.
- Dealing with ad‑hoc projects as directed by management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or relevant experience within compliance.
- Previous compliance experience within financial services highly desirable but not essential.
