What You’ll Do

  • Act as the first line of defense by reviewing every transcript for compliance with legislative and internal standards before it reaches a client.
  • Conduct critical risk analysis by identifying and analyzing risks related to confidential information, regulatory requirements, and MNPI.
  • Translate and communicate identified risks from German into clear, plain English for senior stakeholders and managers.
  • Edit and cut non‑compliant sections of transcripts, ensuring only the highest quality research is published.
  • Answer day‑to‑day compliance queries from internal business units and deliver compliance training as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to balance compliance requirements with the delivery of insightful content.

What You’ll Bring

  • Native‑level German and English fluency, comfortable understanding financial terminology such as EBITDA, margins, and M&A in both languages.
  • Professional experience in compliance, law, or a risk‑based role (KYC, AML, or due diligence).
  • A law or compliance degree is a significant plus.
  • Ability to work independently on reading‑heavy, detail‑oriented tasks that require intense concentration.
  • Strong communication skills to translate complex risk assessments into concise English accessible to non‑German speakers.
