As the first hire in this new function, you will own the end-to-end commercial enablement strategy for our Private Equity business vertical.

  • Own the Curriculum: Design and manage the onboarding journey and continuous learning pathways for our PE sales and account management teams.
  • The Tooling Guru: Drive the adoption and best-practice usage of a world-class tech stack, including Gong, Avarra (AI coaching), and UserGems.
  • Bridge Product & Sales: Act as the primary link between our Product teams and the frontline. When a new feature drops, you ensure the sales team knows exactly how to position it to prospect and existing clients.
