As an Early Careers Recruiter, you will be the face of our brand for the next generation of UK talent. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of our graduate candidates ensuring we attract, assess, and secure top-tier emerging talent from universities across the country. This role is perfect for a recruiter who thrives on building high‑energy, high‑impact graduate cohorts.
Role Responsibilities- Graduate Lifecycle Management: Own the end‑to‑end recruitment process for all UK graduate intakes, from initial application screening to final offer management.
- UK Campus Strategy: Help build and maintain strategic relationships with Target UK Universities, careers services, and student societies.
- Targeted Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods including LinkedIn Recruiter, Bright Network, Handshake, and other UK‑specific platforms to build a pipeline of high‑potential final‑year students and recent grads.
- Brand Ambassadorship: Lead our presence at UK career fairs and campus pop‑ups, delivering compelling presentations that highlight our value proposition.
- Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records within our ATS to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data to inform future recruitment strategies.
- Hiring Manager Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert for UK business leaders on Gen Z workplace expectations and graduate salary benchmarking.
- Experience: Experience recruiting high volume graduates/similar, with a clear focus on the UK Graduate market (either in‑house or via a specialist agency/RPO).
- Volume Expertise: Proven ability to manage high volumes of applications while maintaining a high‑touch candidate experience.
- Assessment Skills: Experience conducting competency‑based recruiter interviews tailored for candidates with limited professional experience.
- Project Management: Highly organised with the ability to manage the peaks of the UK milkround (Autumn and Spring recruitment cycles).
- Communication: A natural storyteller who can engage students and influence internal stakeholders.
Location: Based in our London office at least 3 days a week, with occasional travel for UK‑wide campus events.
Qualifications- Undergraduate degree required.
