The Private Equity New Client Acquisition (NCA) Associate role is a great opportunity to build a foundation in sales, develop business acumen, deepen your understanding of the sales process, and develop lead generation skills within a Sales organization. You will be responsible for supporting the new client acquisition process for the European superior client service ethic.
- A strong understanding of Third Bridge’s product offering and value proposition for our PE client base.
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and growing accounts, fueled by a passion for delivering value to clients.
- Demonstrable problem solving, communication and client relationship building and management skills.
- Exceptional collaboration, prioritisation, critical thinking and influencing skills.
- Excellent research and investigative abilities.
- Ability to drive urgency in the sales cycle and achieve measurable goals.
- Self‑starter mentality with the ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Additional Information:
- Vacation: 25 days (which increases to 28 days after 2 years of service) plus UK Bank Holidays.
