Job Description What you’ll do As an Associate, your main responsibilities include contacting experts via phone, building relationships, and persuading them to speak with our clients. You will assess whether they meet our clients’ needs and are knowledgeable about the relevant questions. You will also coordinate consultations between clients and experts, negotiate meeting terms, and maintain strong relationships. The role is fast-paced, deadline-driven, and results-oriented, requiring multitasking and high standards of service. Qualifications What you’ll need Native Korean speaker with fluency in English Excellent communication skills, especially over the phone Strong academic background or experience in customer-focused roles Interest in developing skills in client engagement, influencing, negotiation, project management, and stakeholder management Attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a results-driven mindset Ability to thrive in a culture of feedback, open communication, and continuous learning Additional Information Thrive at Third Bridge! The starting salary places you in the top 30% of graduate salaries across industries, complemented by an uncapped bonus based on performance. After two years of strong results, you may advance to managing your own team and P&L, or explore other roles in Sales, Product, or other departments.
