Role: General Surgeon Paediatric

Location: BD3 (Bradford)

Assignment: Road traffic accident

Report Submission: Within 10 days of assessment

Pay: £650

Brief: We have a client from Bradford who requires an examination with a General Surgeon in relation to a medico-legal matter. The client is 9 years old and has been referred to a General Surgeon due to abdominal pain.

Medical notes - 94 pages (Hospital records)

Required:

  • Assessment & report - Full instructions will be provided on what is needed in the report.
  • Conduct a face-to-face examination.
  • Write a medico legal report providing your diagnoses and prognosis from your assessment.
  • Determine if there are long-term or permanent effects.
  • The report needs to comply with CPR Part 35 (Civil Procedure Rules).
