We are seeking experienced Psychologists to conduct one-off psychological assessments and prepare medico-legal reports under the MedCo framework for individuals involved in Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs).

Location: UK-wide (Clinic-Based or Remote)

Fee: £215 (MedCo Band 4 Fixed Rate)

Role Summary (Consultancy):

  • Conduct a psychological assessment (face-to-face or remote)
  • Evaluate:
  • Pre-accident mental health
  • Psychological and physical injuries
  • Current condition and treatment
  • Prognosis and impact on daily life
  • Produce a CPR Part 35-compliant report including:
    • Diagnosis and prognosis
    • Expected recovery timeline
    • Recommendations for therapy sessions (if needed)
    • Statement of truth and duty to the court

    Requirements:

    • HCPC or BPS registered
    • MedCo-accredited (or willing to register)
    • Previous experience in medico-legal reporting
    • Clinic availability is preferred

    Rate: £215 per case (MedCo Band 4 - Psychologists)
