We are seeking experienced Psychologists to conduct one-off psychological assessments and prepare medico-legal reports under the MedCo framework for individuals involved in Road Traffic Accidents (RTAs).
Location: UK-wide (Clinic-Based or Remote)
Fee: £215 (MedCo Band 4 Fixed Rate)
Role Summary (Consultancy):
- Conduct a psychological assessment (face-to-face or remote)
- Evaluate:
- Pre-accident mental health
- Psychological and physical injuries
- Current condition and treatment
- Prognosis and impact on daily life
- Diagnosis and prognosis
- Expected recovery timeline
- Recommendations for therapy sessions (if needed)
- Statement of truth and duty to the court
Requirements:
- HCPC or BPS registered
- MedCo-accredited (or willing to register)
- Previous experience in medico-legal reporting
- Clinic availability is preferred
