Night Shifts: Standard or long shifts. Weekdays & Weekends: Full-time or part-time availability.The Role A busy Urgent Care Centre (UCC) seeking experienced Emergency Nurse Practitioners (ENPs) to join their dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, patient-focused environment that prioritises high-quality care. As an ENP, you will work both autonomously and collaboratively to provide outstanding care to patients presenting with minor illnesses and injuries. You\’ll be a vital member of our multidisciplinary team, committed to delivering excellent urgent care services. Key Responsibilities: Assess, diagnose, and manage minor injuries and illnesses. Provide care for both adult and paediatric patients. Use Patient Group Directions (PGDs) to administer treatments. Document patient information accurately using Adastra. Collaborate with the wider clinical team to improve patient outcomes.Compliance Requirements: Professional Registration: Current NMC registration as an ENP. Experience: Minimum 2 years of managing minor injuries and illnesses, including paediatrics. Qualifications: Accredited minor injuries and minor illness qualifications. DBS Check: Enhanced DBS Certificate (preferably on the Update Service). Mandatory Training: Up-to-date certificates in: Basic Life Support (BLS)/Immediate Life Support (ILS) Safeguarding (Adults & Children) Infection Control Health and Safety Awareness Right to Work: Proof of UK work eligibility. Immunisations: Evidence of immunity to Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, and TB. Professional Indemnity Insurance.
