Consultant Psychiatrist – Community CAMHS We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join an established Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service (CAMHS) in a substantive community role. This is a full-time opportunity to provide expert psychiatric care to young people and their families. The Role: You will serve as a lead clinician, providing specialist psychiatric assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents within the community team. The role involves managing a diverse caseload of complex cases and acting as a senior point of contact for clinical guidance. You will work as a key member of the multidisciplinary team, collaborating with clinicians to develop and implement comprehensive care plans. The post includes participation in the on-call rota, for which additional remuneration is provided. This is a full-time (10 PA) post. Key Requirements: MBBS or equivalent. Full GMC registration and a Licence to Practise. Inclusion on the GMC Specialist Register for Child and Adolescent Psychiatry (or within 6 months of CCT). Current Section 12 Approval and Approved Clinician Status. Demonstrable expertise and experience in CAMHS
