What You'll Do
- Lead the transformation of pricing capability to deliver sustainable commercial outcomes.
- Drive change initiatives that enhance profitability and customer value.
- Champion pricing governance and robust controls.
- Lead and develop managers and their teams; set culture and standards that drive performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Modelling, Optimisation, Street Pricing, Data, Technology, Finance, and the Commercial team to land solutions that are adopted in BAU and deliver results at scale.
- Engage executive stakeholders with clear narratives and evidence-based recommendations; represent pricing transformation in senior forums.
- Champion innovation and research able to connect technical opportunities to pricing including knowledge of current trends, issues and regulations.
- Strong understanding of predictive modelling and price optimisation - able to challenge and guide experts without needing to be hands on day to day.
- Familiarity with modern pricing tooling and data platforms (e.g., WTW Radar/Earnix, Python/R, Azure Databricks) and the ability to set direction for their effective use.
- A quantitative degree (or equivalent experience) and a continuous improvement mindset.
