Commerical Solicitor & TMT
Our client is a highly respected commercial law firm with a rich heritage in real estate, hospitality, leisure, media, and sport. Known for its long-standing client relationships and forward-thinking legal solutions, the firm combines deep sector knowledge with a refreshingly collaborative culture. Their client base includes industry leaders, household names, and fast-growth innovators across the UK and beyond.
With continued growth in their Commercial & TMT practice, they are now seeking a dynamic and commercially minded Solicitor to join their team.
The Role: This is a varied and intellectually stimulating role where you’ll be a key advisor to clients on a wide range of high-value, complex, and often cross-border matters. You’ll work closely with partners and enjoy a high level of autonomy, with clear progression opportunities from day one.
Your work will include:
- Drafting and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts and corporate transactions
- Advising on technology-related agreements, including software licensing and development deals
- Working on distribution, franchising, outsourcing, and agency arrangements
- Providing strategic IP advice, particularly in relation to brand protection
- Supporting on contentious IP matters, including copyright and trademark disputes
- Acting as a trusted business partner to clients, offering commercially focused, practical advice
The Ideal Candidate: You are a qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with solid post-qualification experience in commercial, TMT, or IP law, ideally gained within a respected law firm or in-house legal team.

- A strong understanding of tech, digital, and IP law, with a proactive approach to client needs
