As a Bid Writer Manager you will provide support to Think Tenacity’s Senior Leadership and Therapy Team. This role would suit someone who is willing to hit the ground running with autonomy.
What difference will you make?
This role supports our Think Tenacity Team to continue to progress our mission providing free mental health events, workshops and including our members to receive free 30 minute therapy sessions. In the long term you will be assisting us to develop the future success of the organisation for our work to educate and raise awareness of Black mental health issues in the community.

Responsibilities
- Research new bids while tracking and maintaining a database.
- Assist Senior Leadership and Operations Team to create a funding strategy supporting the wider financial/strategic plan for the organisation.
- Develop compelling proposals with support from the core team.
- Independently managing bid submissions to deadlines.
- Developing accurate budget/cost projections for bids in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
- Producing financial income reports in a timely manner.
- Supporting the Operations Team to ensure delivery in line with applications.
Skills
- You will need to have
- Experience in writing winning funding bids.
- Succinct writing style; advanced excellent grammar and editing skills.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and develop key stakeholder relationships.
- Experience of prioritising workload when managing multiple tasks.
- Organised and disciplined approach, detail-oriented, ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and Gmail) and Google Workspace
