Help us organise 2026 FREE ENTRY London Black mental health events held in Westminster (W1). Our Think Tenacity Events support underserved Black community and their families by offering free counselling. Volunteer one day or evening a week in our Vauxhall office.
What you will be doing:
- Provide admin support to help organise free-entry Black mental health events in Central London, Westminster Borough (W1).
- Attend weekly meetings with the event team via Zoom.
- Manage Central London delegate RSVPs via email.
- Maintain accurate database records of stakeholders.
- Follow up and chase Central London delegates to confirm RSVPs.
- Update Eventbrite for RSVP delegate management.
- Collaborate with the Registration Event Team to create spreadsheet delegate lists ahead of event day and prepare name badges.
Skills & Qualities:
- Ability to stay calm and ensure event delegate timelines are met.
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently.
- Solution‑focused with a flexible, proactive approach.
- High IT spreadsheet skills to track, maintain, and collate RSVPs.
- Team‑player skills to support the Events Team and registration desk for smooth execution of delegate management and stakeholder engagement.
- High organisational skills and attention to detail.
- High email communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience or training using Eventbrite.com.
- Minimum three years experience as Senior Administrator, Admin Manager or similar Secretary role.
This role would suit an Administrator or Secretary who is passionate about mental health awareness and running free mental health workshops events.
