We are seeking an experienced, hands‑on Marketing Business Operations Manager (f/m/d) to own and optimize our marketing technology, reporting, and processes. Acting as the backbone of our marketing engine, you will drive automation, ensure data integrity, and deliver insights that guide strategic decisions. This role requires a self‑sufficient professional with proven expertise in MarTech ownership, analytics, and cross‑functional alignment.
Responsibilities
- Marketing Technology: develop and streamline workflows, sequences, and automations to improve lead acquisition, enrichment and conversion.
- Data, Reporting: surface insights that inform strategy and budget allocation; present findings in a clear, business‑oriented way to stakeholders at all levels; establish regular reporting cadences for key stakeholders.
- Process: ensure compliance with GDPR and other privacy regulations; identify bottlenecks, propose solutions and drive adoption of new processes across the team.
- Collaboration: experience with analytics tools (Quip, GA4, Power BI, Looker, Tableau or similar) is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling a modern MarTech stack.
- Strong analytical skills with a track record of translating data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Hands‑on experience designing and enforcing operational processes, including GDPR/compliance requirements.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills; able to work effectively across teams and regions.
- Self‑driven, resourceful and adaptable; thrives in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in an additional European language is a plus.
