ThinkMarkets is seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Coordinator to join our global marketing team. The candidate will be the central hub of the marketing department, responsible for the day-to-day coordination of campaign launches, creative asset workflows, and cross-departmental communication. Your mission is to ensure that every campaign is delivered on time, remains fully compliant, and is tracked accurately across our global regions.
Key Responsibilities- Campaign Coordination & Traffic Management: Own the marketing project calendar, ensuring all product launches and promotional activities are scheduled and tracked. Facilitate the flow of creative briefs from the marketing team to the design and content departments, ensuring all requirements are clear. Monitor project progress in real-time, proactively flagging potential roadblocks and helping the team stay on track to meet deadlines.
- Workflow & Compliance Gatekeeping: Act as the primary liaison between Marketing and the Compliance department managing the submission and approval loop for all materials. Ensure every asset follows the established SOPs and passes through the necessary approval processes before going live. Help maintain an organized library of approved assets and compliance records for audit readiness.
- Execution & Technical Support: Coordinate the setup of campaign tracking and ensure the Performance team has the necessary assets for deployment. Work with the Web and Development teams to coordinate updates for landing pages and website updates. Lead weekly scrums and meetings to provide the team with visibility on active projects and upcoming priorities.
- Reporting & Documentation: Assist in the preparation of weekly status reports by gathering project updates and basic campaign performance data. Maintain and update internal documentation, such as project boards and marketing documentation.
- At least 3 years of experience in marketing project coordination, traffic management, or marketing operations.
- Familiarity with the fast-paced, regulated environment of online trading or finance is highly preferred.
- Proven ability to act as a Scrum Master for the marketing team, facilitating sprint planning, managing backlogs, and ensuring the team remains focused on high-priority deliverables.
- Strong understanding of how to use project management software (JIRA, Asana, or Monday.com) to drive efficiency.
- A sharp eye for detail, ensuring creative assets meet brand standards and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across creative, technical, and legal teams.
