Requirements

  • Recently completed (or currently completing) a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
  • Strong interest in fintech, trading platforms, or financial markets (no prior trading experience required)
  • An “AI-first” mindset with curiosity around automation, growth tools, and modern marketing workflows
  • Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and basic reporting

What the job involves

  • Support retail trader acquisition, learn performance marketing, and work with AI tools to scale output
  • Support acquisition campaigns across paid media, SEM, and mobile app marketing
  • Help manage and analyse the marketing funnel, tracking conversion rates, engagement, and key metrics such as CAC and LTV
  • Learn and apply tools within the Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, GA4)
  • Contribute to mobile app growth initiatives, including ASO and app install campaigns
  • Use AI tools and automation to support creative production, reporting, and campaign optimisation
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations on messaging, experimentation, and go-to-market initiatives
  • Assist with budget tracking, reporting, and performance dashboards
