ThinkMarkets is seeking a commercially minded Community Manager to build, engage, and grow our global trading communities across social media, messaging platforms, forums, and online channels. Working closely with Marketing, CRM, Product, Customer Support, and Regional teams, you will foster meaningful relationships with traders, creators, affiliates, and brand advocates while strengthening brand reputation, gathering community insights, and driving customer engagement, loyalty, and advocacy. Community Strategy & Growth Develop and execute a global community engagement strategy. Build and grow trading communities across social media, forums, and messaging platforms. Drive engagement through campaigns, discussions, and community initiatives. Build relationships with influencers, affiliates, and community ambassadors. Community Engagement & Reputation Act as the voice of ThinkMarkets by managing community interactions across all platforms. Community Insights & Collaboration Gather community feedback and share insights with Product, Marketing, CRM, and Customer Support teams. Support product launches, marketing campaigns, webinars, livestreams, trading competitions, and community events. Drive participation and engagement through community initiatives and promotional activities. Monitor community growth, engagement, sentiment, and customer satisfaction. Produce regular performance reports and optimise community strategies using data and customer feedback. Track competitor activity and industry trends to identify opportunities for growth. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. ~3+ years' experience in Community Management, Social Media, or Digital Marketing. ~ Experience within fintech, financial services, online trading, cryptocurrency, or technology is highly desirable. ~ Strong understanding of social media and community platforms, with experience using community management and analytics tools. ~ Passion for financial markets, trading, and building engaged online communities.
