We are seeking a Marketing Intern to join our global team in London. This is a role for an aspiring marketer who believes that the future of marketing is AI‑augmented. You’ll support retail trader acquisition, learn performance marketing, and work with AI tools to scale output. This is an entry‑level role suited to a motivated, data‑curious person with an interest in marketing technology and AI‑driven creative.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support acquisition campaigns across paid media, SEM, and mobile app marketing for FX/CFD trading products
  • Analyse performance data across the funnel, identifying drop-offs and optimization opportunities
  • Work with CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and campaign-level metrics to improve performance
  • Learn and apply tools within the Google Marketing Platform (Google Ads, GA4)
  • Contribute to mobile app growth initiatives, including ASO and app install campaigns for trading audiences
  • Use AI tools to generate, test, and iterate on ad creatives and campaign structures
  • Contribute to growth initiatives across landing pages, messaging, and user journeys
  • Contribute to campaign reporting, dashboards, and performance insights
Requirements
  • Recently completed (or in final year of) a degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a quantitative field
  • Strong analytical mindset, comfortable working with numbers, data, and maths/statistics
  • Demonstrated interest in performance marketing, growth, or campaign‑based roles
  • Familiarity with platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, or similar (academic or personal projects is fine)
  • Exposure to AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, automation tools, etc.) and curiosity to apply them in marketing
  • Strong interest in fintech, trading platforms, or financial markets (FX, CFDs, crypto, or equities exposure is a plus)
  • Proactive, self‑starter mindset with the ability to take ownership of tasks
  • Available to start immediately or on short notice

Duration: 6 months (extendable based on performance)
Type: Full‑time, stipend‑based
