The successful candidate will lead end-to-end marketing for Think Trader, driving retail trader acquisition and scalable growth through a hands-on, data-driven approach across performance, marketingtechnology, customer journeys, audience modelling, and creativegeneration.
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Marketing & Growth
- Defineand executeaglobalacquisition strategy to scale retail trader growthacross paid social, paid search, and programmatic.
- Own performance marketing with clearaccountability for CAC, LTV, funnel performance, and return on spend.
- Lead mobileapp growth, fromacquisition through to in-app engagementand retention.
- Customer Journeys, Funnel &Audience Strategy
- Own the full marketing funnel fromawareness to fundedandactive traders, optimisingconversion, retention, and lifetime value.
- Developand refine customer journeysandaudience segmentation to improve targeting, personalisation, and campaign effectiveness.
- Marketing Technology& Data
- Leveragemarketing technologyandanalytics to drive decision-making, experimentation, and scalable growth.
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Google Marketing Platform (GMP) including Google Ads, DV360, Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Utilise AItoolsandautomation to enhance performance, efficiency, and campaign execution.
- Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Build and leadahigh-performing, drivenmarketing team, prioritizing efficiency andleveraging AI tools and automation to maximize output and scalability.
- Actas the senior marketing stakeholder for Think Traderplatform, collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams.
- Manageandallocatemarketing budgetsacross mediaand operational matters
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience marketing a trading platform or fintech product, or strong knowledge of financial market fundamentals.
- Hands-on experienceacross performance marketing, growth funnels, attribution, and lifecycle for platforms or mobileapps, withastrong understanding of AI-enabled marketingandagentic workflows
- A technical foundation is preferred, with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or another quantitative discipline, combined with strong marketingexpertise.
- Willingness to work hybrid from the Chicago office (approximately 3 days per week in-office).
