This senior role is responsible for overseeing the design, execution, and performance of the Active Trader Program, which delivers value through exceptional service, rebates, loyalty rewards, events and a bespoke benefit structure tailored to elite traders. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in developing and scaling customer loyalty, VIP, or high-net-worth client programs within the FX/CFD or financial services industry. Own the global strategy and execution of the Active Trader Program, delivering a market-leading offering to high-value clients. Design and implement tiered benefits, loyalty structures, trading conditions and rebate systems to drive client acquisition, engagement and retention. Collaborate with internal stakeholders including Sales, Marketing, Risk, Product, Compliance, and Finance to ensure alignment and seamless delivery. Ensure all program benefits and activities comply with regional regulatory requirements. Monitor and analyse program performance through KPIs, customer feedback, and ROI metrics – regularly reporting insights and opportunities to Management. Build and maintain strong relationships with ThinkMarkets\’ top-tier traders, offering personalized and responsive service solutions. Lead the global roadmap and technology development supporting the program\’s CRM, automation, and reward tracking systems. Bachelor\’s or Master\’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field. ~5+ years of experience in managing loyalty, rewards, or VIP client programs, preferably in financial services or trading. ~ Deep understanding of client behaviour and needs of active traders. ~ Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and reporting skills. ~ Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred), loyalty platforms, and program automation tools. ~ Excellent communication skills and high emotional intelligence, especially in dealing with premium clients.
