My client is currently looking for a contract Sales Compensation Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of commission calculations by maintaining and validating the integrity of sales data.
- Facilitate training sessions for country admins and provide continuous education to existing team members on the commission structure and process.
- Address and resolve inquiries from the sales team regarding commission calculations or payment discrepancies.
- Troubleshoot and support errors in commission processing.
- Assist in documentation, testing, and training for new compensation programs or system updates.
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
- A minimum 2+ years of prior experience with Xactly Incent Platform.
- A minimum 4+ years of prior experience in commission administration or sales operation.
- Xactly platform development experience preferred.
- Global experience / ability to work across various regions.
- Must be exceptionally detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across organizational levels and functions.
- Able to work independently, multi-task, and maintain focus on the goals at hand.
