My client is currently looking for a Global Process Owner (GPO) to join their exceptionally busy projects. The Global Process Owner is accountable for defining, governing, and continuously improving how the client creates, qualifies, and converts demand into a predictable, high-quality sales pipeline globally. This role deliberately combines Campaign-to-Lead (C2L) and Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) into a single, coherent ownership model. The objective is to ensure that demand generation investment translates into measurable, sales-accepted opportunities, with consistent visibility and accountability across all markets. This is not a marketing execution role. It is a global ownership role: defining how the client generates and qualifies demand, setting standards and guardrails, and enabling regions, vendors, and partners to execute effectively.
The Demand Generation & Pipeline GPO owns the global design and governance of the end-to-end demand-to-pipeline domain, including:
- Campaign planning, prioritisation, and execution principles
- Lead capture, enrichment, and management
- Lead qualification and routing into sales
- Opportunity creation and qualification standards
- Forecasting inputs and early pipeline health signals
- Account and territory planning foundations
The role interfaces closely with adjacent GPOs (Opportunity Management, Quote/O2Q, Partner Management, Sales Management, Data GPO) to ensure continuity from initial demand through to revenue. The Demand Generation & Pipeline GPO is a foundational role within the GTM GPO framework, sitting upstream of Opportunity Management and Quote (O2Q). The role is critical to ensuring that the client's growth ambition is supported by a healthy, predictable pipeline and a shared understanding of demand quality across the organisation.
Required Experience & Capabilities
- Deep experience in demand generation, pipeline management, or revenue operations in a B2B environment
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and pipeline reporting
- BPMN 2
- Proven ability to define and govern cross-functional GTM processes
- Comfort operating across regions, vendors, and partners
- Ability to balance global standardisation with local market realities
If this role looks of interest and you would like to hear more information and a full job spec, then please send your CV and call for more information. This is working for a global leader within their field who are growing at a fast pace.
