My client is looking for a Commercial Process Business Analyst to sit at the heart of our global Go-To-Market (GTM) transformation. You will translate process designs into real, working solutions across Salesforce Revenue Cloud, Informatica MDM and our wider GTM tech stack, working with stakeholders in 28+ countries. You will sit between Global Process Owners (GPOs), IT and regional teams, turning process intent into clear requirements, robust testing and successful rollouts. This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who enjoys structure, can work independently, and is comfortable moving between business and systems detail.

Essential experience

  • 3–5 years as a Business Analyst, Process Analyst or Functional Consultant in a complex B2B technology, SaaS or operations environment.
  • Strong experience mapping business processes (L2/L3) and converting them into clear, structured requirements.
  • Hands-on UAT experience: designing test cases, coordinating testers, managing defects and sign-off.
  • Proven track record working with multiple stakeholder groups (regional business teams, IT and external partners) at the same time.
  • Excellent written communication, you are comfortable producing process docs, requirements and status updates that others can rely on.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and incomplete information; you know how to structure work and keep delivery moving.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Revenue Cloud (CPQ) or similar CRM/CPQ platforms.
  • Familiarity with B2B GTM processes such as lead management, opportunity management, quoting, order management or partner management.
  • Experience working alongside a systems integrator on an enterprise transformation programme.
  • Exposure to Global Process Owner or process governance models.
  • Experience with tools such as Lucidchart, MIRO or Visio (process mapping) and Jira/Confluence (requirements and defects).

If this role looks of interest and you’re currently looking for your next contract then please send your CV and call for more information.
