The Opportunity
AntiSocial is looking to hire a versatile Content Creator to join our growing team. You are equally comfortable shooting and editing on your phone as you are working with DSLR or mirrorless cameras. You understand what performs on social, why it works, and how to execute it quickly without sacrificing quality. You have proven experience creating content for CPG and food brands, with a strong understanding of how to bring these products to life through engaging social content. This role is hands-on and execution focused, with room to ideate, experiment, and help shape content across multiple platforms and clients.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with strategists, copywriters, designers, and producers to bring ideas to life
- Contribute to ideation, trends, and content concepts when developing social and campaign work
- Adapt content quickly based on performance, feedback, and platform trends
- Manage multiple projects and timelines in a fast-moving agency environment
What You'll Bring
- 2 to 4 years of experience creating content for social platforms, either in an agency, brand, or creator environment
- Proven experience working with CPG and food brands is required
- Strong shooting and editing skills, including phone-based lo-fi content and higher-production DSLR or mirrorless workflows
- Proficiency with editing tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar
- A strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and content best practices
- An eye for storytelling, pacing, and visual consistency
- Ideation skills and the ability to contribute creative ideas is a strong plus
- A portfolio that shows a range of styles, formats, and production levels
