About Slimpod
Slimpod is a clinically proven behaviour-change programme for sustainable weight loss, used by NHS clinicians and endorsed by leading obesity professors. We have 4,000+ Trustpilot reviews (rated Excellent), 15 years of operating history, and a Sunday Times bestselling founder — Sandra Roycroft-Davis, named Best Businesswoman in Health 2025. The brand has substantial built-in authority and a proven offer with high customer retention.
The role
Facebook economics broke for us, and SEO/AI changes wiped out most of our organic traffic. We’re hiring an Organic Growth Lead to translate our authority into organic acquisition at scale, across LinkedIn, TikTok, blog, podcast, ebook and newsletter. You decide where to lean in based on what actually moves sign-ups, not flat output across every channel. A VA handles publishing, scheduling and basic admin so you can focus on strategy, creative and the work that moves the number.
What you’ll own:
- Channel strategy across organic touchpoints (LinkedIn, TikTok, blog, podcast, ebook, newsletter)
- Newsletter and email nurture turning organic touchpoints into programme sign-ups
- Founder collaboration: turning Sandra’s ideas into content that converts (custom GPT tools trained on her voice are available)
- Measurement of organic’s contribution, working with the agency’s head of analytics
What you don’t own: paid media, landing pages/CRO, and technical SEO/AI-search — those sit with an agency.
Who we’re looking for:
- You’ve built or grown an organic acquisition channel that drove measurable sign-ups, leads or revenue, not just engagement
- Comfortable across multiple content platforms; willing to make calls on where to invest effort
- You understand how content connects to the funnel: lead magnets, email nurture, conversion intent
- You think in 30/60/90-day plans, not weekly content calendars
Who this isn’t for: single-platform specialists; anyone whose playbook is built on classic blog SEO; “post daily, hope for engagement” content managers; anyone uncomfortable being measured on sign-up contribution.
Compensation
ÂŁ3,000/month base (freelance, ~2 days/week equivalent, remote), plus milestone bonuses tied to total daily sign-ups (7-day rolling average): ÂŁ3,000 at 100/day (within 90 days), ÂŁ6,000 at 150/day (within 6 months), ÂŁ15,000 at 200/day (within 12 months). OTE ~ÂŁ60,000/year if we hit the trajectory together. Immediate start preferred.
How to apply
Please send three things: (1) 2–3 examples of organic content work that drove measurable sign-ups, leads or revenue (with the numbers); (2) a short take, max 1 page or 5-minute Loom, on how you’d approach the first 90 days for us; (3) a rewrite of this idea as a LinkedIn post in a founder voice: “You didn’t fail dieting. Dieting failed you.” Applications without all three will not be considered.
