An excellent opportunity for a Pensions Associate to join a well-regarded pensions team advising on a broad range of complex and high-profile matters. This role offers exposure to both contentious and non-contentious pensions work, including support on major corporate and cross-border transactions, within a collaborative and progressive environment.

The Role

  • Support on a wide range of pensions matters for employers, trustees and institutional clients
  • Advise on pension scheme changes, deficits, restructurings and de-risking exercises
  • Assist on pensions aspects of corporate and cross-border M&A transactions
  • Draft and review pensions documentation and carry out legal research
  • Build client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across jurisdictions

Candidate Requirements

  • Qualified solicitor with approximately 2–5 years’ PQE (outside this range considered)
  • Experience advising on pensions matters
  • Exposure to corporate transactions and international client work
  • Strong drafting and legal research skills
  • Commercial, detail-focused and able to manage competing deadlines
