An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join a growing specialist team focused on Employment Tribunal litigation and HR advisory work. This is a senior leadership role offering the chance to shape the future delivery of employment litigation services within a modern, technology-driven environment.
Working closely with senior leadership and Employment Partners, you will play a key role in overseeing service delivery across a significant client portfolio, driving operational excellence and helping to develop innovative approaches to high-volume litigation management.
Role- Lead and support a team delivering Employment Tribunal litigation and HR advisory services
- Supervise complex tribunal matters and act as a senior escalation point for legal and strategic issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted adviser to key stakeholders
- Drive innovation, process improvement and technology-enabled service delivery, including the use of AI
- Support the development and mentoring of junior lawyers and legal professionals
- Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality legal services across a varied client base
- Contribute to the strategic growth and development of the wider employment practice
- Qualified Employment Lawyer with 8+ years PQE
- Strong Employment Tribunal experience, including complex claims
- Significant experience advising on redundancy, unfair dismissal and discrimination matters
- Experience providing day-to-day HR advice, investigations, grievances and settlement agreements
- Proven ability to supervise and develop junior lawyers and legal teams
- Strong client relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Experience of high-volume litigation environments advantageous
- Interest in legal innovation, AI and technology-enabled service delivery
