An excellent opportunity to lead a team of employment lawyers and paralegals within an in-house legal setting. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.
Responsibilities
- Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims
- Lead volume litigation across all areas including unfair dismissal and discrimination claims
- Support and coach a talented team of paralegals
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues
Candidate Requirements
- PQE - 1-5 years required
- Excellent communication skills
- Employment law and tribunal litigation expert
This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting time of growth, the business has performed very well over the past few years.
