Working as part of a highly regarded team, you will advise an impressive portfolio of regional and international clients across a variety of sectors. Role
- Advise on a broad range of corporate and commercial transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital and ECM matters
- Draft, review and negotiate transactional documentation
- Support transactions from initial structuring and due diligence through to completion and post-completion matters
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse client base
- Contribute to business development initiatives and thought leadership
- Mentor and support junior members of the team
- Work closely with colleagues across international offices on cross-border matters
Candidate Requirements
- Qualified lawyer with 3-4 years' PQE in corporate law
- Strong experience advising on corporate transactions within a leading international or regional law firm
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and legal research skills
- Commercially minded with strong business awareness
- Proven ability to manage matters with an appropriate level of autonomy
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working with international clients and cross-border transactions is advantageous
- Arabic language skills are beneficial but not essential
