An excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm in a Business Development Manager role, supporting a high-growth practice. This position plays a key role in delivering strategic business development, client targeting and marketing initiatives across the UK and internationally.
- Support and deliver business development strategy across the practice
- Develop and manage BD campaigns aligned with practice, divisional and firmwide objectives
- Support key client development, panel appointments and client relationship initiatives
- Work with partners to implement individual and practice-level business plans
- Prepare partners for client meetings, pitches and BD discussions
- Produce high-quality credentials, presentations and promotional materials
- Plan and deliver client events, both in-person and virtual, working with internal teams
- Manage legal directory and awards submissions, ensuring effective promotion of the practice
- Track return on investment using CRM and digital marketing tools
Proven business development experience within a legal or professional services environment. Strong understanding of the UK legal market or willingness to develop this expertise. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator exposure advantageous). This is a strong opportunity for an experienced BD professional to join a strategically important practice within a collaborative, international environment. Hybrid working, salary up to Β£80,000 plus benefits.
