An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Legal Secretary / Legal PA to support senior stakeholders at a leading international law firm. This is a senior support role requiring absolute discretion, professionalism and the ability to operate confidently at the very highest level.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing high-level legal secretarial and executive support to senior stakeholders
- Managing highly complex diaries across multiple time zones
- Coordinating international travel arrangements and detailed itineraries
- Acting as a key point of contact for senior internal and external stakeholders
- Preparing, formatting and proofreading correspondence and documents to an exceptional standard
- Managing inboxes, priorities and sensitive communications with discretion
- Liaising closely with other senior support professionals and business services teams
- Supporting board-level and governance-related activity as required
- Maintaining strict confidentiality at all times
Candidate Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Legal Secretary or Executive PA within a law firm
- Exceptional diary and international travel management experience
- Confident liaising with senior stakeholders
- Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
- Calm, professional and highly discreet approach
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable operating autonomously in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Salary is up to £35,000 with hybrid working available.
