An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders in the business, making recommendations to reduce tribunal claims.
- You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquiries particularly around tribunals.
- Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims.
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues.
Candidate Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.
- Employment law and litigation expert.
- 4 years PQE.
