An excellent opportunity to join a global law firm as Learning & Development Adviser, supporting a busy international firm with learning initiatives. This is a 12 month FTC based in Birmingham. The role would suit someone with experience in law firms or professional services firms in a previous L&D role.
Role:
- Plan and organise course logistics, materials and venues
- Host and facilitate workshops and programmes in person and online
- Supervise junior team member
- Responsible for session plans, timetables and agendas
- Manage learning budgets
- Conduct post event evaluation and feedback process
Candidate Requirements:
- L&D experience
- Previous experience in a professional services or legal setting
