An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in employment tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of ET claims across all areas
- You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquires particularly around tribunals
- Supervise junior colleagues and paralegals
- Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims (no advocacy).
- Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

- 2-5 years PQE
