An excellent opportunity to join a team of employment lawyers and paralegals supporting a well-known organisation. You will have excellent employment law experience, particularly in employment tribunal litigation. The role is fully remote and working in an in-house environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a high volume of ET claims across all areas
  • You will be a point of escalation for employment law enquiries particularly around tribunals
  • Supervise junior colleagues and paralegals
  • Handling a busy caseload representing the employer in tribunal claims (no advocacy)
  • Build strong relationships with key business stakeholders, particularly HR colleagues

Candidate Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience supervising paralegals or juniors
  • Employment law and litigation expert
  • 2-5 years PQE

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the firm at an exciting time of growth, the business has performed very well over the past few years. A professional but friendly culture with a very strong employee retention rate. The role is fully remote (WFH) as are the wider team. Salary is up to circa £60,000 - £70,000.
