This is an in-house Commercial Real Estate lawyer opportunity, working for a well-known law firm on a single dedicated client in the retail sector. Although employed by the law firm, you will be part of a team of lawyers who will effectively act as in-house CRE lawyers for this client. This is a permanent role and can be based anywhere in the UK.
The nature of the work is broad and covers all aspects of their commercial real estate portfolio, including leases, land and title investigation, estate management, and supporting on major projects or high-profile transactions. It will undoubtedly be varied, challenging, and engaging. It is a unique role that will also see you working directly with business partners providing advice and answering questions.
Candidate Requirements- 2+ years PQE
- Commercial Real Estate experience
- Ideally retail sector experience, but not essential
This is a fully remote role and salaries range from £55,000 - £70,000. They are also open to people interested in a part-time role.
