An excellent opportunity to join a leading international law firm in a Business Development Manager role, supporting a high-growth practice. This position plays a key role in delivering strategic business development, client targeting and marketing initiatives across the UK and internationally.
- Support and deliver business development strategy across the practice
- Develop and manage BD campaigns aligned with practice, divisional and firmwide objectives
- Support key client development, panel appointments and client relationship initiatives
- Work with partners to implement individual and practice-level business plans
- Prepare partners for client meetings, pitches and BD discussions
- Produce high-quality credentials, presentations and promotional materials
- Plan and deliver client events, both in-person and virtual, working with internal teams
- Manage legal directory and awards submissions, ensuring effective promotion of the practice
- Track return on investment using CRM and digital marketing tools
Proven business development experience within a legal or professional services environment. Strong understanding of the UK legal market or willingness to develop this expertise. Proficient in Word, PowerPoint, Excel and LinkedIn (Sales Navigator exposure advantageous).
